The Captain’s Challenge

cc17.jpg

I really like Captain Crafter’s designs therefore I have decided to try one of his sketch challenges.  For this challenge you must portray a living thing for example: animals, trees, people. The one thing you can’t portray is flowers. I have hardly used the set Bareback, so it seemed like it was time to pull it out and ink it up. I used classic Chocolate Chip ink on the horse in the circle. The running horses are inked up with Craft Chocolate Chip on Blue Bayou paper.  The regular classic ink just didn’t cover the images as well as the craft. Plus when using craft ink you get a much more opaque look, which I like…more dimension!

Thank you Captain Crafter for a great challenge! I am ready for the next one!!

Recipe:

Stamps: Bareback

Ink: Blue Bayou, Classic Choc Chip & Craft Choc Chip

Card Stock: Choc Chip, Natural White, Sahara Sand, Blue Bayou
