Here it is, can you tell I am tired of the snow already. I need some color!! It is really sad that I am so sick of winter and it just officially started. Maybe it is because of all the snow we had last year over and over again. I am ready for spring…gee only 3 more months…blah!
This set ,” Time Well Spent” is a level three hostess set in the new 2008 Spring and Summer Stampin’ UP! catty. I love the sentiments and how fun and fresh this set is. I used water color crayons and markers on this so that some of the colors were soft and others popped. This will be one of the cards we will make for my next Stamp Camp on the 11th.
Have a super day!!

Well here it is, my new room. I am so thrilled to have a place of my own to create. To tell you the truth it is a little overwhelming that I have no idea what to do with it. I have all of these blank white walls and have no idea what to put up. Like I have time to decorate the room anyway…ha! There is a large window to the right, which is the front of the house and it lets in such great light during the day. I still need to unpack a lot and put it away, but I now have all this great storage under the desk in those cabinets..whoot!!
I did manage to work on a card yesterday, but that will be posted tomorrow. It felt really good to get something done even if it was just one card. I can’t wait to do more!
Hope you all had a fabulous New Year! Al and I are looking to a New Year with a fresh start. Thank you so much for the warm wishes. I didn’t realize how much I needed them until I read them, so Thanks!!
Happy New Year!!!
hugs,
Pam

I can’t tell you all how much I have missed posting. Since my last post we have moved into another house, started new jobs, put my daughter in daycare (which was the hardest of all),celebrated birthdays and Christmas, and so much more the list could go on and on. I appreciate your patience and hope that you will keep checking back as I am planning on posting some picts as soon as I can dig myself out of the mess that December has left.
I am excited that I have a new stamp room all to myself!! I am not in a dining room anymore with half of my stuff in different parts of the house. I am still trying to sort out where my things are and will be going in my new room. I am DYING to work on some cards!!! I have even had some scrapbook layouts pop into my head…yikes! That is so unlike me. Now if I could just get my ideas onto paper! I have high hopes that over New Years day I will be able to sneak away and get crafty! Wish me luck and look for some new ideas in 2008!!
Big Hugs and Crafty Wishes!!!

My upline Lisa made a holiday flip album for a class project, so I had to attend. I took the basic book instructions and designed my own layouts and color scheme. All the ingredients are from Stampin’ UP!
I am holding a class on how to make this album on Saturday, November 17th from 11AM-2:30PM and again on Friday, December 7th from 7PM-9:30PM. If you are the Denver Metro area and are interested in taking this class just send me a comment and I will get in touch with you. The cost of this class is $20.

Have a super week!!

Sounds so extreme doesn’t it, Canada verses the USA…well…maybe not. I asked Carrie, The Artistic Avenger , who is from Canada to do a Christmas Card challenge. Here are the rules, you have to use Greg’s (Captain Crafter) challenge #25 layout with Real Red, Old Olive, and either Very Vanilla or Whisper White card stock. So, this is what I came up with. I punched out the center of the ornament and popped it up with a dimensional. I think this will be one of my cards for my stamp camp on the 26th. Christmas is just around the corner you know.
Go check out Carrie’s card and see what fabulous creation she has come up with. Have a great day and THANKS Carrie for the challenge!!

I made this out of a bunch of scraps I had. Do you think it is too busy? I am not sure how I feel about this one. Maybe it is just the gloomy weather outside today?? I need to get started on some samples for my stamp camp on the 26th. I know it is a little ways off, but I don’t have near the time I used to either.
Had a great time in Vail. It was cold and started snowing on our way back home. Yikes, I am so not ready for snow! Hate hate hate driving in it! Blah!!
Hope you all had a super weekend!

HELLOOOO! I have been really bad about posting on here sorry. Getting used to a new job and by the time I get home I am beat. Of course that doesn’t stop me from all of the Mommy chores. Life in the fast lane…ha ha ha! Here is a clip on You Tube that you have to check out. It is for all of you Mommy’s!

This is another sample I sent in to Stampin’ UP! It is really my favorite easy card. Just take a light colored ink pad and kiss it to the card stock. Then stamp on top with an image. Easy peasy lemon squeezey. (my favorite Charlie and Lola saying) Gee, I am a little nutty this morning. Any whooo have a super weekend! I will try to post some more on Sunday. For now I am off to a PTA conference. Very excited because it is in Vail, which is my most favorite mountain town. Al asked me to marry him in Vail…aah bunny. See ya Sunday!

Here is another page I sent into SU. A page I made for Aly’s first Christmas. I love how kids are drawn to the pretty lights on the trees and houses. Aly’s birthday is January 6th so on her first Christmas she was almost one, which made it really fun. I will never forget it!

I turned this into Stampin’ UP! as well this summer. Just a little 6 x 6 page I made of my boys using the “Wanted” set. Don’t think it turned out to shabby for a girl who doesn’t scrap much.
Have a super weekend!

OK, run run run… Al isn’t feeling well so I am doing double time. Work all day then home to work some more. I made sure though that my blog got a few minutes of attention today though. For the next few posts I will be sharing some cards and scrap book pages that I made this summer and submitted to Stampin’ UP!. Hope you have fun looking. If you have any questions please feel free to leave a comment. The colors on this one are brighter in real life, sorry the picture is so dull.
